A 33-year-old male handed himself over to the Belfast Police Station on Wednesday, October 23 following the death of a sex worker last Friday.
According to a report, the suspect allegedly required the services of the deceased and went to collect her from the street to a farm house in Belfast. It is further reported that the two were relaxed together but later a quarrel started between them.
“The situation became tense and turned physical, and it was during this time when the suspect allegedly strangled her as well stabbed her. After realising she had died, he tried to conceal the woman’s body by burying her body in a shallow grave covered with stones,” reads a statement.
