ERMELO – Farmer, Johannes Louis Grobler, who allegedly drove over three minors in Lielifontein Farm, was granted R30 000 bail.

He appeared in the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court. He’s facing three counts of attempted murder and assault with grievous bodily harm.

The National Prosecuting Authority’s Monica Nyuswa said the court granted the accused bail on three conditions. “He must not have contact with the witnesses, should not be seen at the victims’ homes, and he is expected to report to the police officer.” The matter was postponed to August 29, 2022 for further investigations.
