A suspect involved in the murder of Dr Nondumiso Sibanyoni has been arrested eight months later.
The male suspect ( 39) was arrested on Tuesday, 8 July in Mbombela. This breakthrough comes after an incident that occurred in November 2024 where the doctor who was employed at a local hospital was shot and killed outside a gym.

He is expected to appear in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court today. The police stated that they cannot rule out the possibility of more arrests as the investigation continues.
