Man found stabbed and strangled in vehicle

Police in Leslie are investigating a case of murder following the discovery of the body of a 40-year-old man who was found stabbed and strangled in the backseat of his vehicle on Tuesday, October 28.

According to a preliminary report, the gruesome discovery was made by the victim’s girlfriend, who immediately rushed to the police station to report the incident.

Police responded swiftly and, upon arrival at the scene, discovered the lifeless body of a male whose hands and feet were bound. He was certified dead by Emergency Medical Services. A case of murder and hijacking has since been opened, and investigations are continuing.
