The case against the former MEC for Agriculture Mandla Msibi and his five co-accused has been transferred to High Court for trial.

The trial will begin on 5 to 16 September 2022. The state served the defence with the indictment today and postponed the matter for trial. Two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder are facing the accused. Msibi is among the accused following the shooting incident that happened outside Coyotes Shisanyama in August 2021.
