According to police, three armed suspects forcefully took her in front of her children in the early hours of Sunday, July 7.

It is reported that the gruesome discovery was made this morning at the Kamajika New Cemetery where she was found with multiple injuries and a rope around her neck.

The incident comes a few hours after another case of a burnt young woman was found in Pienaar last night. The woman who has not yet been identified was found in a mountainous area between Pienaar and kaNyamazane.

Reports reveal that police and Emergency Medical Services  were called to the scene after a passer-by saw the body. She was declared dead at the scene.

Police have since assembled the team of investigators to do their best in getting the perpetrators in both incidents behind bars.

The Acting Provincial Commissioner of the SAPS in Mpumalanga, Major General (Dr) Zeph Mkhwanazi voiced his disappointment after receiving the disturbing news. “We will do our best to get the perpetrators, and we hope justice will be served for the two victims,” said the General.
