CAROLINA – Three males were arrested on Friday for assault with intentions to cause grievous body harm, kidnapping and murder.
According to police reports, the suspects forcefully drove Thabiso Sibanyoni (22) Thulani Sibanyoni (35) to a store room of a local chainstore where they assaulted them with an iron pipe.
Both the victims suffered injuries from the assault, resulting in Thulani being admitted to Carolina Hospital. Due to complications he was later transferred to Witbank Hospital where he died on August 1. The suspects are expected to appear in the Carolina Magistrate’s Court on Monday, September 7, 2020.
