WATCH: Paralympic star gets high praises from mother

MBOMBELA- Paralympic athlete, Collen Mahlalela has received high praises from his mother after winning a silver medal at the Para Athletics Championships in Kobe, Japan.

The 28 year-old athlete from Masibekela, Nkomazi was welcomed by friends, family and the Department of Culture, Sports and Recreation on Monday at the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport.

His mother, Thenjiwe Mahlalela expressed how proud she is of her last-born son. She praised him for perseverance despite challenges he faced previously.
