Six people died on R38 after two sedans collided head on, leaving six people dead on the between Kaapmuiden and Barberton yesterday evening.

Two males and four females died at the scene, including both drivers around 20:00. Emergency services rushed three people who sustained serious injuries to a nearby hospital in Mbombela for medical treatment. The cause of the crash at this stage is unknown. An investigation is already underway.
