MBOMBELA – Murder-accused, Mugiyo Ulrich Mabunda’s case was postponed to May 30 at the High Court today.

Judge Cassim Moosa was supposed to hand down judgement today. However, he was unavailable. Family, friends and former colleagues of the late Tebogo Mabunda filled the courtroom. The accused appeared briefly before leaving the court.

Mabunda is accused of shooting his wife dead outside their home in Stonehenge in May 2020. The court also postponed the case on January 11 and the trial resumed on March 28. The family of the deceased raised concerns about the dragging of the case.
