The Johannesburg High Court dismissed a court interdict to stop the ANC provincial conference from proceeding on Friday.

It was announced during yesterday’s conference proceedings by NEC deployee to Mpumalanga, Dakota Legoete during a media briefing.
The conference proceeded well, however; the delegates applauded the outcome which nearly collapsed it had the outcome were to the contrary.
