Babes Wodumo is super ready for her MMA After Party performance

Gqom Queen, Babes Wodumo is one of the headliners at this year’s Metro FM Music Awards Official After Party.

She has highlighted that Mpumalanga isn’t ready for what she has in store this Saturday on stage.

The after party is set to take place at the Mbombela Stadium on Saturday, May 6. Although she has mixed feelings as she’ll be performing at the event without her late husband, Mampintsha, she’s excited to be part of the line-up.

“It’s been a while since I attended the awards, like most, I’m quite excited. Gqom music remains my culture, it runs in my veins. That’s why I’ll remain the Gqom Queen. My fans can expect nothing but the best from me,” she said.

She also revealed some of her plans which include releasing her new album. “We did an album together with Mampintsha which I will soon release. “The foundation in my music career was laid well, hence I’m still in the game. I’ll be doing features and giving the best of me.”

Among other artists billed to perform at the after party are Big Zulu, Boohle, Tira, Ezra, Leehleza and many more.

Tickets for the after party are available at Computicket.
