Award-winning rapper Richardo Makhado popularly known by his stage name Ricky Rik, passed away this morning.
The news of his death have been doing the rounds on social media. His family has not confirmed his death. However, Sunday World revealed that the Amantombazane hitmaker allegedly hung himself with a rope after suffering from severe depression.

“A source close to the situation alleged that his management team found the talented artist at his house at about 8.30am on Wednesday. They rushed him to the nearby hospital, as he was still alive. Unfortunately, he died when they were en route to the hospital,” quoted from a source who did not want to be identified.
His last tweet was at 03:20am.
