MOOIPLAAS- A passerby made a shocking discovery of a lifeless body under a bridge on the Diepgezet Road in Mooiplaas on Wednesday morning.
According to the police, the body of a man believed to be between the ages of 30-40 years was discovered by a passerby who alerted community members.
“When the community members realised that the man could be dead, they called the police,” said spokesperson for Elukwatini Police Station, Wiseman Nkosi. Nkosi further revealed that the deceased had injuries on the head and bruises on both arms and the abdomen.

He was wearing blue jeans, a maroon t-shirt, maroon and blue underwear, grey waist belt and colorful sneakers.
“All stakeholders were called and the man was certified dead. A case of inquest has been opened,” said Nkosi.
