#HillaryGadee | Fifth suspect to appear in court

A Nigerian National was taken in for questioning on Sunday, August,14 and was charged for defeating the end of justice on Tuesday.

According to police, he is linked to the case through the late Hillary Gardee’s cellphone and laptop found in his possession.

The suspect is expected to appear in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, August 17,2022. Meanwhile, Hlabirwa Rassie Nkune appeared in the Kanyamazane Magistrate’s Court for the murder of sisters, one who was a police officer in May.

The case was postponed to September 6. On Monday, he appeared at the Delmas Magistrate’s Court for a murder of a woman he allegedly met on Facebook. He abandoned his bail application.
