#MpumalangaDerby: TS Galaxy to battle rivals TS Sporting

It’s a Mpumalanga derby when TS Galaxy will battle it out with their provincial counterpart, TS Sporting in Nedbank Cup quarter-final at Emirates Airline Park in Johannesburg today at 15:00. 

Galaxy’s campaign is in the DStv Premiership while their rivals Sporting is in the GladAfrica Championship. Both teams are on the 10th position in their respective leagues, however, one will secure their spot in the Top 16 in the Nedbank Cup. The Rockets have aimed to “entrench their dominance against TS Sporting,” read their statement.

Owen De Gama’s boys, who’s the new coach, have found the the back of the net on two occasions in their four meetings with Abantu Bemthetho. The lads will intend to stretch their good record against their rivals.

The Rockets are unbeaten in their last three games having defeated Black Leopards and Maritzburg United while sharing the spoils with Orlando Pirates.
