Nasreddine Nabi takes coaching reigns at Kaizer Chiefs

Premier Soccer League club, Kaizer Chiefs has officially appointed Nasreddine Nabi to take over the coaching reigns.

Nabi and his technical team arrived at the club’s headquarters in Naturena during the team’s training session.

Nabi moved from the Moroccan club AS FAR Rabat to Kaizer Chiefs after losing a league final. Nabi spent just a season at Morocco after coaching Young Africans in Tanzania.

“We are delighted to welcome Coach Nasreddine Nabi to the Kaizer Chiefs family. We are happy to have you with us, coach,” said the team in a tweet.

The Glamour Boyz also agreed to an amicable decision to part of ways with the head of Academy, Cavin Johnson. According to the team, Johnson joined Kaizer Chiefs in September 2023 to take up his role at the Club. The departure is part of the restructuring process that the club is undertaking.

“We wish to thank Mr Johnson for his contribution to Kaizer Chiefs and wish him well in the future.”
