#RIPCostaTitch: Tributes pour in for Costa Titch

Tributes have been pouring in for rapper and dancer Costa “Costa Titch” Tsobanoglou.

Titch collapsed during a performance yesterday at Ultra concert in Johannesburg. His fans have been sending condolences to the family since this morning. The Tsobanoglou family  released a statement confirming his passing this morning.

MEC for Culture, Sport and Recreation, Thandi Shongwe sent her condolences to the family stating that it is a sad day for the music industry.

“Costa Titch was a great source of inspiration to many young people in Mbombela. They saw how he rose and used his his talent to further his dreams. We would like to express our sincere condolences to to the Tsobanoflou family and his fans. May the Lord give yo strength during this time,” said the MEC.

His death comes a month after rapper, Kieran Forbes’s (AKA) who was shot on the Florida Road in Durban. Costa was a student of the Casterbridge Music Development Academy before relocating to Gauteng.
