ELUKWATINI- Six suspects between the ages of 16 and 19 have been arrested for the alleged murder of a fellow learner.
The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday, May 27 in Tjakastad. According to reports, the victim, Mcedisi Christopher Nhlapho (19), was walking home from school with friends when they were confronted by a group of boys. During the altercation, one of the suspects allegedly stabbed Nhlapho, while his friends fled the scene.
A 15-year-old suspect was arrested shortly after the incident, and additional arrests followed a day after.

Four of the six suspects, who are minors, have been referred to a probation officer for assessment.The remaining two suspects, aged 18 and 19, are expected to appear in the Chief Albert Luthuli Magistrate’s Court today.
