A 24-year-old serial rapist was recently handed three life sentences by the Elukwatini Magistrates Court.
Zweli Zulu from Nhlazatshe was only 19 years-old when he attacked his first victim, a 16 year-old girl in 2019. He forced the victim to his house where he committed the crime. A case was opened and he was arrested.
He was out on bail in December 2020 when he pointed two friends with a knife at a local tarven and forced them to his house where he raped them.

He was arrested again after the incident and remained in police custody until his sentencing last Friday.
