Several arrests were made during the Operation Basadi today held by the women in blue on the N4 Road near Malalane.
The operation led by Acting District Commissioner of Ehlanzeni, Major General Dorah Xaba, was in conjunction with other law enforcement officers from various departments.

Earlier on, more than three people had been arrested for different offences including being in possession of dagga and counterfeit goods as well as illegal immigrants.
The 33 year-old man found with dagga was arrested when a minibus taxi was stopped where he revealed he was from the Nkomazi region and was heading to some farms.
