MBOMBELA – Murder-accussed in Hillary Gardee’s case, Albert Mduduzi Gama continues tomorrow.

Gama, Sipho Mkhathswa and Philemon Lukhele appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court on Friday. They are facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, murder, kidnapping, possession of unlicenced firearm,possession of ammunition and defeating the ends of justice. The court postponed the matter for the indictment to be served on the accused.

The other accused, Mkhatshwa, was denied bail by the same court while Lukhele and Rassie Nkune abandoned their bail. All accused are to remain in custody.
