Bafana Bafana head coach, Hugo Broos says yesterday’s 5-0 defeat against France was not result was not a shame.
“The result was not important, it’s not a shame. We will be better off with the experience. It was more worth it than the result”. We are a young team with young players who don’t have the experience that France has.”

“We knew what we were coming up against. There was a difference in level between the two teams. It wasn’t about the result; it was about the experience we have gained.”
“We are a young team. Therefore, we don’t have the experience and quality of the French team. We tried our best, but our opposition’s talent was too much, so this scoreline does not embarrass us,” he said in a media briefing.
