Female-only law enforcement roadblock in honour of women

ROCKY’S DRIFT – The Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison conducted an Operation Basadi Roadblock along the R40 on Friday to commemorate Women’s Month.

The operation included members of the South African Police Service, South African National Defence Force and Mpumalanga Provincial Traffic Law Enforcement among others. The MEC of the department, Gabisile Shabalala and the Head of the Department, Busisiwe Nkuna were also present to oversee the operation.
