Police searching for missing woman after disappearing

MBOMBELA – Memory Mashele was reported missing. A case missing persons was opened yesterday. 

According to the information reported, Mashele, who resides at Violet Bank around Bushbuckridge, left home between the evening of Friday, April 9 and the morning of Saturday, April 10. She did not inform her family where she was going.

According to police, it is said that Memory’s mother, who stays with her and her three children, heard her nine-month-old baby crying from the bedroom and upon checking, she realised that she (Memory) was not there. 

“The matter was then reported to the police yesterday after growing concerns from her family regarding her disappearance,” read the statement.

Anyone with information that can help police locate her is urged to contact  Captain Evans Mashego on 0824692702 or call the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111. Alternatively, members of the public can send information via MYSAPSAPP. All received information will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
