The South African National Civic Organisation (SANCO) Mpumalanga Ehlanzeni Regional Chairperson, Andrew Lekhuleni has died.
This was announced on Wednesday, December 18 by SANCO MP in a statement. Lekhuleni is described as a revolutionary son of SANCO and its alliance partners and a broader Mass Democratic Movement (MDM).
“Furthermore, he was a son to his parents, brother, husband ,father, comrade, leader, and a soldier of the National Democratic Revolution (NDR),” reads the statement.

His death comes a week after he led Ehlanzeni to the SANCO national march at the Union Buildings in Tshwane. The organisation has extended its deepest sympathy and condolences to Andrew Lekhuleni’s wife, children, family, and friends .
