“The Matric class of 2020 must be given a full support especially after they have proven to be bold and brave to navigate all the challenges and finally start their National Senior Certificate examinations this week. Matric examinations mark an important point of transition from school to post-school education and training for the world of work. The provincial Basic Education department, trade unions in education, parents, guardians and the government are to be appreciated for the consistent supportive role they played to ensure things proceed smoothly. We equally appreciate the support given by communities and the progressive youth organisations,” said Mlombo.

The Caucus encourages Grade 12 learners to give their best efforts in their examinations and they should refuse from being diverted towards working hard and receive better results.
