Music composer warns the ANC to stop using his songs

Asinavalo and Unity Maqabane hitmaker, Gamelihle Mbuyane has resigned as a member of the African National Congress and wants the party to desist from using his songs.

Mbuyane’s songs including Phakama Ramaphosa are popular for being known at most ANC events.

In his resignation, he pleaded with the party that will be hosting its 112th anniversary in Mbombela this weekend, to discontinue playing all the songs he composed or with his vocals.
