ANC Provincial Conference goes to Nkangala

The long-awaited ANC provincial conference will finally take place during the first week of March, after being postponed for the umpteenth time.

The Acting Provincial Secretary revealed this on the sidelines of the Armed Forces Day that was held today in the City of Mbombela.

“I’m certainly hosting the provincial conference in Emalahleni, come the first week of March. A few issues were remaining pertaining to BGMs and we’re more than ready to sit for the conference. This time, all roads lead to Nkangala, Emalahleni.

“All forces will gather in a fresh setting other than here in Mbombela. It’s normally held in a marquee here in Mbombela. We’ll also set up a marquee and get the conference underway.

“I hope members will behave. We don’t condone any misbehaviour in Nkangala. The focus must just be on contesting the seats and settling our matters on the ballot box.

“I’m certain this time around, the provincial conference is sitting,” she concluded.
