A VW Polo and Mazda Sting collided head-on the R538 outside White River towards Mshadza Trust claimed three lives around 02:00am this morning.
The victims are all males aged between 25 and 35 years. The VW sedan was travelling from the direction of Mshadza Trust while the other vehicle was coming from White River direction.

The deceased include a driver of the Mazda m and a passenger from the Polo.
The two seriously injured people were transported to Themba Hospital in Kabokweni. The injured include the driver of Polo sedan and the passenger in the Mazda vehicle.
“The preliminary investigations suggest that fatigue may have led to the collision. The cause of the crash is still being investigated,” said DCSSL spokesperson, Mmoeti Mmusi.
